•Join 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians, 2 Radiation Oncologists and additional surgical and trauma providers and support staff in this Center for Cancer Care attached to OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center in Rockford, Illinois.
•Services offered include Chemotherapy, National Care Institute clinical trials, radiation therapy, high dose rate brachytherapy, therapies in antibiotic and hydration, prostrate seed plants, blood cell transfusions, external beam treatments, mammosite, pain management and research protocols.
•Quality patient care support services provided in this state-of-the-art center include social, nutritional, financial, pastoral, counseling and support groups.
•Call is 1:4 with Hospitalist group and nurse triage after hours to support call.
•Level 1 Trauma Center with Trauma Surgeons, Surgical Oncologist, Hospitalist group, Regional Heart Institute, Illinois Neurosciences Institute and Women’s Center all provide additional support.

Located near Interstate 90 and US Business 20, Rockford is the third largest city in Illinois.
•This position includes a base salary commensurate with experience plus RVU bonus incentives. Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, association membership dues, holidays, and vacation weeks.
