Hospital is seeking a board certified medical or surgical oncologist to serve as Medical Director of Cancer program. The successful candidate will provide medical leadership, supervision, planning and integration as part of a physician/management dyad, for all cancer services provided at Cancer Center, and other care settings located throughout eastern North Carolina. The Medical Director responsibilities will also include an ongoing clinical practice, integration of the relations of the joint venture with teaching facilities, as well as involvement in the building of a $180 million cancer tower. Qualifications: ? Board certification in internal medicine, OB, or surgery with a sub-specialty board certification in Hem/Onc, Med/Onc, Surg/Onc ,or Gyn/Onc ? 5 plus years of Medical Director leadership experience ? 10 plus years of clinical experience ?
