All Star Recruiting is working with a Community Hospital to develop a successful Hematology Oncology practice with three site locations. The incoming physician will need to code accurately, and set a system in place for clean claims, efficient billing, and taking care to inform patients. The majority of the practice will be providing chemotherapy at the three sites along with very light hematology and referring out any acute case load. The incoming physician will have a choice between employed practice with base salary plus production in RVU's or practice establishment with the strong support of the hospital.
