Quick Drive to the Ocean! Oncologist Physician Opportunity in a in a Vibrant, Southern City!
As the incoming fellowship-trained, BC oncologist, you\'ll join a growing a general oncology practice.
Practice highlights include:
1. Expansion of cancer care network
2. Affiliation with established Cancer Center and other regional oncologists
3. Access to medical school based faculty and specialists including radiation oncologists, surgical oncologist, neuro specialists, etc
4. Employed position (non-academic)
5. Built-in referral network
In return for your training and experience, this opportunity is offering a lucrative compensation package and comprehensive benefits. Benefits may include: relocation assistance, vacation/PTO, malpractice (with tail), 401K, health/dental insurance, disability, life, and an annual stipend and/or student loan repayment may also be possible.
Plus you\'ll have the choice of living in either Ahoskie or Edenton! Both cities are in ideal spots geographically, within close driving distance to Raleigh, Richmond, Williamsburg, Nags Head/the Outer Banks, and the Ocean. Ahoskie is located between the headwaters of the Roanoke and Chowan Rivers, just north of the Albemarle Sound. The area offers a moderate cost of living and the temperate climate supports a variety of year round outdoor activities, such as boating, kayaking, hunting, fishing, hiking, and golf. Edenton, which is situated along the banks of the picturesque Albemarle Sound, has been named one of North Carolina\'s \"Great Places\" and \"Ten Prettiest Towns\". Edenton is a charming place to live with waterfront property opportunities and a historic downtown district with examples of Jacobean, Georgian, Federal, Greek Revival and Victorian homes.
