Seeking Gyn Onc for Regionally Known Practice Opportunity Practice is a very successful and regionally known practice that continues to grow. The new physician/eventual partner will be fully supported by three other physicians w/in the group. Call: within the group and for gyn onc patients only. Weeknights: 16 ? 20 days per month. Weekends: two per month. Operations to be focused at only one hospital but you may have ?consult call? at two other hospitals Salary Range Starting: $240,000 to $320,000 (experienced is higher) Second year potential: $350,000 to $500,000 Long term potential: $500,000 to $750,000 Partnership: three years Partnership buy-in: none, sweat equity First Year Income Guarantee provided by hospital Benefits: health insurance, dental, retirement, CME Vacation: 4 weeks Requirement: BE or BC Medical Center: Knowledgeable, dedicated & energetic support staff, very supportive administration. Medical Center is a full service, acute care hospital. The Medical Center has 546 physicians and 1,000 staff. All anesthesia provided by BC physicians.
