No Visa's. Existing physician who has been there for 30 years is looking for a partner. They recruited a guy a year ago, and unfortunately it didn?t work out and that physician will return to Texas where his wife is a nephrologist. However, the new physician was provided with an income guarantee and was only on the guarantee for 2 months to cover a $400K salary. The potential is much higher. Ultimately, they would like to recruit 2 oncologists as their current doctor will retire at some time and they would like to have built in replacements before then. There is more than enough work ? as evidenced by the superfast ramp up of the last physician. They will offer a very good salary, signing bonus, moving allowance etc. Honestly, this is one of the best positions in the country and they will be looking for a good fit. They have proved to theirselves and the physician that there is no risk in bringing a doctor in. Practice is seeing probably 50+ patients each day between the two doctors ? with room to grow.
