Opportunity:
As the incoming Radiation Oncologist, you’ll join a private practice that is seeking to replace a physician that recently passed away.
Practice highlights:
1. Four Radiation Oncologists in the primary/secondary service area
2. Office space is available within the Radiation Therapy Department
3. Two offices (50 miles apart) - with the option to spend about 1/2 of your time in each place
4. High potential for growth
5. Practice has been in community for 10+ years
6. One Medical Oncologist on staff
7. Approximately 75 new therapy patients per year
8. Siemens Linear Accelerator and Xio Treatment planning software
9. Physicist/Dosimetry coverage 1 day per week and additional coverage as needed
10. Chemo therapy (for the most part) is given in physician's office and in hospital's outpatient surgery area
11. Hospital based radiation therapy department has four Radiation Therapists and has existed for 30+ years
