Opening for a Radiation Oncologist in the Midwest with ability to earn Partnership after 1 year.
Positions:
• Year 1, employed, $450,000 base salary with benefits, sign on and relocation
• Year 2, partnership, salary of $450,000, + Quarterly bonus share – Last year Doctors made $650,000
• Partnership is based on sweat equity and groups acceptance
• Paid malpractice, tail covered, CME of $5k, and more
• Support staff of 3 RN’s, 2.5 dosimetrists and 6 therapist
• All procedures/Patients are split evenly between physicians, see an average of 47 patients a day between 2 providers
• Call is every other week but the Medical Oncologist are the ones called in most of the time
• Linear Accelerator, IGRT, IMRT, SRS, SBRT, Internal Radiation Therapy – Brachytherapy and 3-D Radiation Therapy onsite
• Treatments are done by the therapist
