Occupational Physician - (Occupational Medicine - OEM) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Board Eligible or Board Certified Occupational Medicine physician needed for an outpatient clinic in New Jersey. This job opportunity offers an 8hr day schedule and no call. The provider must have a Occupational Medicine background, able to suture, and well-versed in a primary care setting.

An occupational medicine physician (locum tenens) focuses on caring for the mental and physical well being of people in the workplace. These doctors are knowledgeable about a wide range of hazards and health risks that can occur in the workplace and are trained to diagnose, prevent and provide care for them. Many of these physicians are employed by large companies and firms and perform employee evaluations or help workers in the rehabilitation stage of convalescence.

Required Qualifications
NJ licensed Occupational Medicine physician needed - August 26th - Fri: 8:30a - 4:30p. The client would consider an Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician with Occupational Medicine experience. Certifications: BC/BC. Patients seen: 100% Adult, 100% scheduled, and 3-4 patients per hour. Typical Cases Seen: The provider would perform DOT exams & physicals, Suturing, and Fit for duty assessments.
