There is an immediate full time opening at Valley Industrial & Family Medical Group. We are looking for a dedicated Physician to become an integral part of a respected Occupational Medicine Group that has served Visalia and Tulare, California since 1980. Medical responsibilities include the treatment of a wide range of work related injuries including but not limited to acute treatment of lacerations, simple fractures, burns, eye injuries and multiple soft tissue and orthopedic problems. Occupation Medicine experience is appreciated but not necessary and we will provide procedural and technical training. An interest in orthopedics and ability to grossly read radiographs will be useful. Candidates should possess certification in or a willingness to become certified as a Commercial Driver Medical Examiner. If the candidate does not have the appropriate certification, we can make arrangements so that it can obtained once hired.
Valley Industrial & Family Medical Group has two clinics serving Tulare County. We are located only a couple of hours from Yosemite, Sequoia and Kings National Parks and the California coastline. Our clinic has a congenial work environment with onsite radiography, spirometry, EKG, lab and limited pharmacy.
VIFMG offers a competitive salary based on experience along with full medical & dental benefits, CME & 401(k) in addition to a pension profit sharing program.
School loan repayment is available for those still under this financial burden.
