Back to search results Apply for this job Physician - OB Practitioner - OB GYN Specialty: OB/Gyn posted on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 Job ID: 215636 City: none State: Massachusetts Job Type: Locum Tenens Consultant: RH Physician Recruiter Description: Length of Assignment: none Shift: none A 154-bed acute care hospital providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and 24/7 emergency services close to Boston and the communities of southeastern Massachusetts is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN for an immediate and ongoing locum tenens assignment. The hospitals strengths include Cancer Care, Pediatrics, Physical therapy, rehabilitation services, wound healing and Cardiology. The centers include Day Surgery, Maternity, Sleep Disorders, Womens Imaging, Speech, Hearing and Language. The three physician group treats 4-7 OB patients per day, 4-8 deliveries per month, 11 GYN patients per day and performs 4-10 GYN surgeries per month. You'll be scheduled 4.5 clinic days and .5 OR days. The week shall consist of 1-2 days of call per week. Weekend call may be required as well, but the group is able to adjust schedule accordingly. Call schedules are done well in advance so this is not an issue. All physicians with interest should be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified with an activeMassachusettsState medical license.
