Obstetrician / Gynecologist - Physician - (Obstetrics / Gynecology - OB Gyn) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 06/03/2014Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Healthcare center in California is in need of a locums OB/GYN physician to help with interim coverage starting June. The coverage is 2.5 days per week and office hours are 8a-5pm. Please contact Staff Care for additional information.
Obstetrics/gynecology(locum tenens) focuses on women's health, caring for pregnant women during child birth and diagnosing and treating conditions of the female anatomy, specifically the reproductive system. An OB/GYN physician diagnoses and provides treatment for medical conditions such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract disorders, and hormonal ailments. These physicians also assist and treat pregnant women throughout their pregnancies, regularly monitoring the patient's progress and, in many cases, delivering babies and examining newborns.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified or true Board Eligible. Must be female candidate only with active CA license.
