BC/BE OB/GYN needed to join an established practice with shared call. base salary reflecting years of experience and opportunity for quarterly RVU based production bonuses. First year guarantee salary. Benefits include 15 days of paid leave, five recognized holidays, and five CME days with $3,000 allowance per year. Individual health insurance, life, and disability provided with family coverage and dental optional. Hospital-sponsored 403(b) retirement plan with partial match. Opportunity for Income Guarantee arrangement in lieu of employment is available as well. Montgomery is the capital of Alabama and the second largest city in the state with a population of 210,000.
