This is a practice opportunity for an OB/GYN specialist to join one other working from a Critical Access hospital situated about 45 minutes from Toledo, Ohio. The current physician is delivering 350 babies per year. Research indicates that the practice is losing between 1.5-2 times that amount by only having one OBGYN, so the new physician will be busy immediately. The hospital has two labor and delivery rooms with four recently remodeled postpartum rooms. Earn a starting salary of $300,000. Production bonuses are based on wRVUs. As a hospital employed position, there will be a complete benefits package. Physicians take there own deliveries during the week and share weekends.
