Immediate Need for a full time, BC/BE OB/GYN in New London, Connecticut!
L+M Medical Group (L+MMG), a hospital affiliated multispecialty group, is seeking an OB/GYN to practice in a community setting and join a busy collaborative practice. The system is exploring the creation of a Laborist model to provide 24/7 in-house coverage for deliveries in conjunction with other private practice OB/GYNs in the community. L+MMG is rapidly growing with currently seventy physicians and thirty-five non-physician providers with projections to reach one hundred physicians within the next year.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
• MD or DO Degree
• Licensed in State of Connecticut & Rhode Island
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• EMR experience preferred
• Four other OB/GYNs and two mid-wives
• Call 1:7 weekends, 1:4 weeknights
• 4 or 4½ day work week
• Flexible hours
• Productivity performance/incentive based compensation, generous benefits package plus relocation (includes CME allowance and 401K plan

• L+M Healthcare is a community-based health delivery system with multiple access points, offering an integrated continuum of health services through Southeastern Connecticut and Southwestern Rhode Island.
• It is a progressive and growing healthcare system that includes two hospitals—L+M Hospital in New London, Connecticut and The Westerly Hospital in Westerly, Rhode Island.
• L+MMG is rapidly growing with currently ninety physicians and sixty-five non-physician providers with projections to reach one hundred physicians within the year.
• The Joslin Diabetes Center is affiliated with the Harvard Medical School in Boston. It provides a comprehensive diabetes management program and endocrine services. Its mission is to provide state-of-the-art diabetes and endocrine medical care within a team setting. The team includes the following specialists: Diabetologist, Endocrinologist, Nurse Practitioner, Diabetes Nurse Educator, Registered Dietician and other Lawrence + Memorial specialists.
