Neurologist - Physician - (Neurology - Neuro) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Neurologist five days a week, Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5PM. There will be some weekend and weeknight call with EMG experience preferred. This opportunity is ongoing and begins once privileging is complete, 30-60 days. A neurologist(locum tenens) is trained to diagnose and treat disorders of the nervous system, as well as medical conditions such as Alzheimer's, stroke, and neck and spine injuries. Diagnostic tests on the brain, neck nerves, and reflexes offer these physicians insight into the nature of the illness of injuries that their patient is experiencing. Research neurologists participate in clinical studies and conduct research in an attempt to improve treatments for diseases and injuries of the nervous system.
