Neurologist -Multiple Sclerosis
Our Department of Neurology in conjunction with the School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist with training/expertise in Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
We are in the midst of an exciting expansion of our MS Center. We currently are the major referral center for MS patients in northern New England. Clinical research is exceptionally robust with currently 12 active clinical trials in MS. we have a world-renowned Immunology research program, and are very strong in Imaging, Bioengineering, and clinical outcomes research.
The successful candidate will be able to participate in all of the activities of the MS Center including patient care, research, teaching of Residents and Medical Students, and community outreach. Research opportunities include basic and translational Neuroimmunology, Imaging, and Clinical Trials. Successful candidates will have a primary appointment at our School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with experience. Candidates currently completing a fellowship in MS, with experience in MS, and/or substantial research experience in Neuroimmunology are encouraged to apply.
