? Shared EEG, EMG, and EP interpretation

? Contract
? Employed by SwedishAmerican Hospital
? Three-year term with automatic renewal
? Termination of contract with 90-day notice by either party
? One-year restrictive covenant within 25-miles of practice site
? Must be board certified in neurology within five years of residency completion
? Must establish permanent residence within Winnebago or Boone counties

? Compensation & Benefits
? Competitive two-year salary guarantee of $320,000
? WRVU-based productivity in subsequent years
? Malpractice provided during employment

? Three weeks vacation and one week CME during guarantee, unlimited after guarantee
