? Professional duties
? Full-time practice of general neurology with opportunity to develop your area of specialized focus
? Shared EEG, EMG, and EP interpretation
? Inpatient, outpatient, and consultation
? Shared call with independent neurologists, no less than 1:3

? Dedicated referral base of 125+ employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians
? Physician-led health system, hospital, and medical group
? Large referral area with population > 350,000
? Consumer Choice Award (9 consecutive years), Top 100 Quality Hospital, Top 5% for Women’s Healthcare, Top 100 Integrated Health Network (8 consecutive years)

? Inpatient consult and admitting limited to SwedishAmerican Hospital

? Competitive two-year salary guarantee of $320,000
? WRVU-based productivity in subsequent years
? Malpractice provided during employment
? Tail insurance based on years of service
? Health, life, disability insurance
? 403b retirement with corporate match and annual contribution
? Three weeks vacation and one week CME during guarantee, unlimited after guarantee
? $2,500 CME allowance during guarantee, $5,000 per year after guarantee
