Pediatric Opportunity
VISTA is seeking Pediatric Neurology coverage for 4-8 weeks. The position will involve clinic patient visits, inpatient rounds, call coverage, and EEG interpretation. The call rotation is a week at time starting Monday at 8:00 through the following Monday 8:00. There is an after hours pediatric triage that handles the majority of the incoming calls, so most of the call coverage is for the PEDS ED, PICU, NICU, and inpatients. The clinic is open M-F 8-5 and the call physician has a limited schedule starting later in the morning and ending earlier in the afternoon to accommodate rounds. This facility uses EPIC and strongly prefers candidates with prior EPIC experience.
This area has many trails and rail trails, featuring over 35 miles of paved riverside paths. There are several nearby lakes, access to multiple ski resorts for winter recreation.
