• Busy neuroscience practice seeks an experienced neuroendovascular specialist, with two years of fellowship training in neuroendovascular therapy, to serve a well established and growing patient base in Rockford, Illinois.
• Primary background in neurology, neurosurgery, or radiology; American board certification or eligibility, in primary specialty, is required.
• Caseload will include, but is not limited to, stroke interventions, aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage management, embolizations for AVMs, fistulas, tumors, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty and intraoperative cerebral angiography; and other interventions as desired by the physician.
• As an employed physician with OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, part of OSF Healthcare, enjoy a strong referral base from OSF Medical Group primary care physicians in the area and referrals from the greater Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin region.
• OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, a 254-bed, Regional Medical Center and tertiary care facility provide quality patient focused care. The Illinois Neurological Institute (INI) works with the Level I Trauma Center, Neurological/Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Center, medical imaging department and Lifeline emergency helicopter and ambulance service to provide the most complete and complex care in the region.
