VISTA Physician Search and Consulting is currently seeking a Stroke/Vascular physician for an expanding and financially stable Neuroscience Department. This is a leadership position requiring a Vascular/Stroke fellowship. In this position, the stroke director will develop a comprehensive stroke program and work in both an inpatient (Neurohospitalist) and outpatient capacity. Highlights of this full-time, permanent position include:
Practice Benefits:
* Join a 349-bed, nonprofit regional medical center offering a full range of advanced medical services on Seattle's east side
* Through employed multi-specialty group (OMC), providers have the opportunity to join a physician driven organization and culture that is led by our CMO and VP of Clinics. Physician leaders oversee the growth and development of our primary and specialty care services on Seattle's east side
* EMR
* Typical schedule will be 7 days inpatient as Neurohospitalist, 7 days off then 2 weeks of Stroke/General Neurology outpatient work
* Inpatient load will vary but easily covered by one Neurohospitalist; outpatient volume is 14-17/day
* Work amongst 2 general Neurologists, 2 Neurosurgeons, and 2 Neurosurgical PAs
* $270,000 salary + $24,000 director stipend + $24,000 quality bonus potential
* Full and comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, time off, CME, dues and fees, flexible spending account, guarantee salary during first 2 years, annual performance bonuses, relocation assistance, employed position with excellent benefits and retirement plan, malpractice + tail coverage and significant growth opportunities
