DIRECTOR, MOVEMENT DISORDERS DIVISION: The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

The Department of Neurology at The Ohio State University is seeking a nationally renowned Division Director in Movement Disorders to hold the Clayton C. Wagner Parkinson’s Disease Endowed Chair in Neurology. The endowed chair was established by Clayton C. Wagner on December 3rd, 1999 to support a nationally or internationally recognized physician faculty member whose focus is to advance medical knowledge of Parkinson’s disease towards developing effective and innovative treatments and an eventual cure for this disease.

Led by our new Chair, Dr. John Kissel, The OSU Department of Neurology is a NIH-funded NeuroNEXT and NETT clinical research center. Our Movement Disorders Division has a long history of participation in both national multicenter clinical trials and site initiated research.

Basic Qualifications:
• Nationally renowned academic neurologist with administrative and leadership experience
• Board Certified in Neurology
• Eligible for State of Ohio medical licensure
• Qualify for academic appointment at the Senior Associate Professor or Professor level
