Spectrum Healthcare Resources is recruiting for a potential Nephrologist to work only ON-CALL SERVICES at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield California near San Francisco and Sacramento. This contract position offers: - On-Call frequency can be as often as every 3rd weekend, or a little as every 5th weekend. 6:00 a.m. Friday to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. - On call physician will be taking calls from the Emergency Department - Freedom from Malpractice Insurance worries - 20 to 30 phone calls per day (considering both call on existing patients and new consults. Job Requirements: - Board Certification in Internal Medicine - Completion of an additional residency or fellowship program related in Nephrology - Any active state license - Active DEA license Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
