Beautiful Northern California Community looking to add an additional Neonatologist in their Level III well established NICU program. Join 1 full-time and 1 part -time Neonatologist in a 16 bed NICU with an average daily census of 8 and growing. Work a great 'Block Schedule' that is 7 Days On-7 Days Off. Call is NOT required to be in-house overnight- but optional to physician. Independent Contractor status with a compensation package that includes an Income Guarantee to insure financial success as well. Excellent support from the hospital from the practice side as well as financial. 250 beautiful days per year in this beautiful Northern California Community that has the 2nd Most 'sunny days' in all of the U.S. Great metro amenities with spectacular outdoors all around you !!!!
