Harlem Hospital is a 285 bed level I trauma center and academic affiliate of Columbia University School of Physicians & Surgeons - where a faculty appointment awaits you!
We are currently accepting applications and referrals for the position of full-time Attending NICU Hospitalist.
- Schedule: Two week schedule (80 hours) - one is a 24 hour Sunday with a 16 hour weeknight (4p - 10a) and alternate weeks is 2 week nights (4p-10a).
- When on-call, there is a RN Clinician assigned and on weekend shifts there is a Peds Resident.
- Expected to cover our DR, level III NICU, and well nursery
Qualified candidates can be either Board Certified Pediatrician or recent Neonatal fellow grad. Must possess strong procedural ability such as intubation, IV insertion, UAC and UVC line insertion and be comfortable running a neonatal code. Eligible for licensure in the state of NY.
Harlem Hospital Center is located in northern Manhattan with an abundance of cultural, religious, and recreational amenities. The hospital is easily accessible via the extensive varieties of public transportation.
