Onsite is currently seeking full and part time neonatologists to work at Spotsylvania Medical Center located in Fredericksburg, VA. Spotsylvania Medical Center has a Level II NICU with 950 annual deliveries. Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is licensed for 5 Special Care Nursery Beds and 10 LDRP beds.
Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center is a newly constructed hospital on a 75-acre campus located south of Fredericksburg and approximately 50 miles from the District of Columbia along I-95 in Spotsylvania County. This County is the 13th fastest growing county in the nation.
Onsite offers a competitive compensation package, along with benefits including: health, life, dental, and disability. There is a competitive 401(k) option and an annual CME allowance. Onsite neonatologists also enjoy the benefits of our work-life balance model, and work two or three 24 hour shifts per week, allowing for extended periods of free time. There is no call and no pager for staff neonatologists. Professional liability insurance (including TAIL) is provided, along with assistance with mandatory hospital credentialing, state licensing, and reimbursement of associated fees.
