We are looking for a Board Certified Locum Tenens Neonatologist for an on-going assignment. This physician will provide four 24-hour in-house shifts per month in California. We have a very flexible schedule and other opportunities in California and the west coast. Please call today for more details.

Specializing in the care of newborn infants, a neonatologist(locum tenens) is often tasked with providing diagnoses and treatments to infants with birth defects and life-threatening illnesses. In order to become licensed as a neonatologist, a physician must first complete a residency in general pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in neonatology. These physicians provide a wide range of treatments for their patients, and often work with them for long periods of time, as in the case of premature birth.

Required Qualifications
California license required.
Clean Background.

Facility Location
One of the oldest communities in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, Tarzana is located on land once owned by author Edgar Rice Burroughs, who named it after his legendary hero Tarzan. Today, instead of rural farmlands, modern Tarzana consists of single-family homes, parks, a library, various shopping destinations, recreational centers and country clubs.
