All Star Recruiting is seeking two Neonatologist or Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to provide services at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Services will begin 11/1/16 for up to 5 years. Hours are Mon to Fri: 11:00pm – 7:00am (2300 - 0700) and Sat and Sun: 7:00pm – 7:00am (1900 – 0700). Estimated patient volume is 5-10. Neonatology professional(s) shall have four (4) years of medical school leading to certification or Masters certification as a Neonatal NP. Min 2 years experience in a Level 3 Neonatal Nursery. AZ State License OR both a State License for Advanced Practice Nursing and a State License as a Registered Nurse. Must maintain current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications. All Star will provide A+ rated $1 mil/$ mil med-mal, with tail. JOB ID#28905
