Neonatologist - Physician - (Neonatology) Locum Tenens
Staff Care has a new locum tenen opportunity for a BC/BE neonatologist work locums in between 3 sites in the Columbus Ohio are. Combined, the average daily census is over 60 neonates and the average length of stay is 20 days. Locum providers will be working with a full support staff and neonatal nurse practitioners, and 7 primatologists. Please call Staff Care for more details.

Specializing in the care of newborn infants, a neonatologist(locum tenens) is often tasked with providing diagnoses and treatments to infants with birth defects and life-threatening illnesses. In order to become licensed as a neonatologist, a physician must first complete a residency in general pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in neonatology. These physicians provide a wide range of treatments for their patients, and often work with them for long periods of time, as in the case of premature birth.
