Staff Care has a new locum tenen opportunity for a neonatologist to work a locum opportunity in North Carolina. This opportunity is for a BC/BE neonatologist starting in June. Please call Staff Care for more details.
Specializing in the care of newborn infants, a neonatologist(locum tenens) is often tasked with providing diagnoses and treatments to infants with birth defects and life-threatening illnesses. In order to become licensed as a neonatologist, a physician must first complete a residency in general pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in neonatology. These physicians provide a wide range of treatments for their patients, and often work with them for long periods of time, as in the case of premature birth.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified. Clean Background.
