Medical Doctor Associates is partnered with a hospital in Virginia looking for additional Neonatology coverage this summer and throughout the rest of the 2016 year. MDA has been a partner with this facility for 2+ years and we are looking to grow our candidate base further to meet all of their monthly coverage needs.
Immediate open coverage dates are as follows:
June 18 from 7 am June 24 at 7 am
July 21 from 7 am July 22 at 7 am
July 25 from 7 am August 1 at 7 am
Basic job duties include: In house rounding, deliveries, and care for sick babies
Procedures include: Intubation, lines, peripheral arterial cut-down, peripheral venous cut-down, exchange transfusion, subdural tap, abdominal paracentesis, thoracentesis, arthrocentesis, stabilization of newborn if transport necessary
Credentialing is roughly 35 days. Emergency Privileging is available to speed up the process.
