A facility in northeastern Pennsylvania is in immediate need of a neonatologist to cover 12-hour in-house shifts, the position to be ongoing. In-house coverage would be for Saturdays and Sundays. Assignment requirements include attending high-risk deliveries and C-sections; the ability to be comfortable with: seeing infants of all ages, surgical management, managing post-op issues and high-frequency vents. The locums physician will have the support of a resident on staff and backup neonatologist on call. Bask in small-town charm full of historic architecture, while dining on the surprisingly large array of ethnic cuisine and enjoying the beauty of the large river and accompanying vista. You'd be located approximately an hours' drive to an international airport, allowing for an easy commute.
