Please consider joining our network of providers who assist in ensuring accurate and timely disposition on our Veterans health status.
We provide a state-of-the-art, online portal, to complete the Veterans Disability Benefits Questionnaires(DBQs) used to capture the essential information for evaluating disability compensation and/or pension claims.
Examinations can be provided by a physician, psychologist, physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
All providers need to be State licensed and have active certifications.
Please review the attached Provider Participation Agreement & Schedule A and return to our attention if interested in providing Examinations for Veterans.
The psychiatric, mental disorder, fees also apply to psychologists.
These are not lengthy examinations: the purpose is for initial information gathering from the Veteran.
Note: the training on the Infinite Portal mentioned in Section 4. (b) of the Participation Agreement should not take more than one hour.
