Practice Details:
You’ll enjoy working in a well-respected group and a hospital that has been named one of the nation’s Top 15 Health Systems for two years in a row by Truven Analytics! Some highlights of your practice will include:
Work in a dedicated clinic with 2 other Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians
The Perinatologist provides high quality medical care to patients in the Women's Services program and provides hospital-wide consultations
Full-time, employed position with a salary guarantee for the first year
Conversion to a $/wRVU based salary, plus performance incentive program in year 2 and beyond
Base compensation: $450,000. Performance Incentive Bonus: up to 16% of base. Sign-on Bonus: $50,000. Retention Bonus: $75,000. Relocation: $12,500. Paid time off: 30 days per year (vacation, sick leave, and required CME). Health, dental, vision & retirement benefits. CME Allowance: $7,000 per year.
