Qualifications: Must have a current state license, an active DEA, and about 2 years of relevant experience
Location: West of Eugene, OR
Practice setting: Hospital based
Dates or start date: Full time coverage available ASAP
Shift times: Daytime shifts (7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.)
Patient population: 25,000 - 30,000
Ages seen: Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages (infant – adult)
Support staff: Nurse practitioner, medical assistants, and other physicians
