Board Eligble/Board Certified Internist to join a well-established local SSG practice. Hospitalist experience is preferred for hospital and nursing home rounding. The hospital may help provide financial assistance for any new physician. Facility: - The hospital has received full accreditation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. - They offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient services including: a state-of-the-art Intensive Care facility, Rural Health Clinics, a 24-hour Emergency Department, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Midwifery Services, Pediatrics, Family Practice, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Cardiopulmonary Services, Complete Surgery Facilities, Telemedicine and Physical and Occupational Therapy and Telemedicine. - There is a Family Practice Residency program that is associated with East Carolina School of Medicine Location: - 30 miles to Greenville, NC - 100 miles to Raleigh, NC or Norfolk, VA - Twenty minutes from marinas on Albemarle and Pamlico Sounds.
