Large 39 practice multi specialty practice in Western, New York is looking to add a primary care provider at an office 45 minutes from Buffalo. The practice has 2 physicians and 5 mid-level providers. They are looking for both internal medicine and family practice physicians. See average of 25 patients per day. This is an all outpatient position. Share in a 1 in 7 call rotation.
