Base is paid plus a very competitive performance bonus quarterly with benefits, that should easily begin at around $200k/year, and could exceed this by a substantial amount. This is a fee for service payment structed area. If physician works out, after three years, is opportunity to buy in as partner/owner. Physician must be able to work in an organized structure, open to learn the business of medicine. No Hospital call anticipated.
