Southwest Healthcare System includes two acute care hospitals. Inland Valley is located just off Clinton Keith Road, east of Interstate 15 in Wildomar and Rancho Springs is located between the 15 and 215 freeway split in Murrieta.

Inland Valley also serves southwest Riverside County as the region's only trauma center, providing emergency medical services, trauma surgery, intensive care, diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation and other medical care.

Inland Valley - 80 licensed beds (Adding an additional 44 beds)

Rancho Springs - 96 licensed beds (Expansion plans underway which includes a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
