• Start Aug 11, 2014 and will be ongoing assignment
• 16 hrs/wk
• 10-12 ppd at first- will grow as practice grows
• Ages 3+ only for acute care (no well-baby exams, etc)
• Mixture of primary care and occ med (DOT physicals, hazmat physicals, pre-employment physicals)
• Patient population: warehouse workers; truck drivers. Doctor will see employees and their dependents
• Locum to permanent position
