JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Primary Care Physician you will:
•Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with standards of care
•Establish and monitor appropriate levels of care for center patients
•Complete all medical record documentation appropriately after each patient encounter or prior to the end of your shift
•Recommend potential growth opportunities for new or existing services within the center
•Meet with Medical Director or designate to discuss quality of patient care, policies, procedures, outcomes, reports, and records
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience in a primary care setting, preferred
•Licensure requirements of the state of FL
•Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
•Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
