Join an established outpatient practice in a small community, one hour to Houston. Your patients are waiting, as two local physicians are retiring. Brand new medical offices are right on the hospital campus. Avoid the Houston traffic daily but enjoy all the downtown activities whenever you want to go there. Refer your inpatients to Hospitalists unless you want to admit, this is purely optional. Hospital will back you with a strong salary plus production RVUs and offers a wonderful benefit package with very generous PTO.
