Qualifications include:
Years of Experience in Specialty: Minimum twelve months experience in their respective specialty
Minimum Education: Possess a Medical School (MD or DO)
Training: ACGME approved Residency Program
State Licensure: Required
Certification: Physician assigned will be either American Board Certification or Board Eligible. (ECFMG) if appropriate.
