About us:
Founded in 1993 We currently serve 50,000 patients annually from our 38 offices, located in 10 states. VPA conducts 19% of all house call visits completed nationally We offer a full continuum of home based care services to support our primary care providers

Qualifications:

• Active/ Unrestricted medical license
• Board Eligible or Certified (Family Practice/Internal Med Preferred)
• Current DEA
• EMR experience
• House calls experience a plus
• BLS certificate
