Arrowhead Behavioral Health, is a 48-bed private, free-standing psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, OH. Arrowhead offers a private, confidential and non-institutional environment conducive to healing and recovery. Arrowhead provides a variety of specialized services for adults and seniors 18 and older. Arrowhead is seeking additional physicians, certified to prescribe Suboxone or willing to become certified, to work in our growing outpatient clinic. This is a contract, credentialed position. The physician must have a valid Ohio medical license as well as a valid DEA license.
