Catalyst Professional Services, Inc. is seeking Primary Care Physicians to care for active duty service members and their families at Fort Drum, NY. Make a difference in the lives of those who serve our country!

Fort Drum has recently had a surge of soldiers returning from deployment. These service members are in need of high quality Internal and Family Medicine Physicians to care for them. Physicians will evaluate post-deployed soldiers for mild Traumatic Brain Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and related conditions.

Catalyst Professional Services, Inc. has an ongoing need to provide Primary Care physicians at this location. Are you awaiting credentials approval at a VA facility? Qualifications:

Education: Contract service provider shall be a Doctor or Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), must have completed an ACGME accredited residency in internal or family medicine, or be American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) board-eligible or certified in internal or family medicine. Foreign medical graduates shall possess a valid certificate from the Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must have and maintain a current medical license in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands that allows for the independent practice of clinical services. Must maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number.

Experience: Have been continuously employed in the practice of medicine or in training for the one year prior to commencement of services under this contract, or be able to provide a written statement explaining gap in employment. Clinical experience diagnosing and treating primary care conditions and knowledge of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and related conditions.
