Play in the Pines of East Texas! Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Longview!
As the incoming physician, you'll join eleven other BC Internists in a large, very successful MSG in a desirable, mid-sized community in Northeast Texas – outpatient only practice or traditional – you decide! This need is created by anticipation of retirement & growing volumes – current IMs are all booked and not taking on new patients. Anticipated call coverage for the clinic is 1:7 and 1:18 for the ER. There is also the hospitalist service line available for inpatient coverage.
You'll enjoy modern offices that share the campus of a strong, technologically advanced regional hospital. The hospital is nearing the end of a major expansion that will add 100 beds (to a new total of 230), double it's OR capacity (to 16 rooms), and add 175k square feet of space and remodel every patient room in the facility.
Practice is offering a very lucrative compensation package with an initial guaranteed base salary with productivity opportunities, strong employment benefits and pool-sharing. Benefits may include: a sign-on and/or commencement bonus, relocation, licensure and CME expenses, medical education stipend, medical education loan repayment assistance and more.
