ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Hours: 8 hour shift, Day shift
About the Provider Duties:
•Calls the responsible party/next of kin as well as referring provider shortly after admission to introduce themselves and to discuss the plan of care.
•Responds promptly (within 15 minutes for non-emergent calls) to the facility nurses.
•Promptly addresses any patient with an acute change in condition.
•Makes themselves available to the patient and/or family Physician or NP/PA, when possible, assesses the patient within 4 hours of admission to the center members at all times.
•Treats patients and their family members with compassion at all times.

Professional Experience/Educational Requirements:
A Medical (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) degree or Certification by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) if appropriate.
Completion of a Residency Training Program in the required specialty.
Completion of a Fellowship Training Program in their subspecialty if required.
Certification/Licensure:
Current, valid medical license in the state of employment.
Current, valid controlled substance registration (if required by the state of employment).
Current, valid DEA.
