Internist - Physician - (Internal Medicine) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Staff Care is looking for Primary Care physicians for a facility is seeking coverage in December 12, 21, 27 and January 2-4th. This client has repeated needs monthly, clinic hours are 9:00-6:00 Monday-Thursday and 9:00-4:30. The facility prefers a local physician but will consider travel. Our client is open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine physicians and Board Eligible providers are welcome. There is no call with this assignment and an average of 20 patients per day. If you would like more information, please contact a Staff Care representative today.
Internal medicine (locum tenens) is a branch of medicine characterized by an emphasis on treating the whole body, rather than specialized focus on one body part of system. When an illness proves to be advancing, exotic or complex, internists will usually refer their patients to specialists.
