Position Summary:
As a Physician, you will provide individualized care with the compassion and dignity worthy of each patient. You will receive strong clinical support services, like Advance Access scheduling, and fully electronic medical records. Physicians experience a call ratio of 1:4, outpatient only.
Physician Qualifications:
MD/DO from approved medical/osteopathy school and graduation from accredited residency program in family practice
Must be board-certified within 24 months of commencing employment at CHC and hold license or be eligible for license in State of CT
Bi-lingual skills English/Spanish preferred
